I have said more than once that I write write songs so I can be a happy person. Even though life isn’t always a walk on roses, writing songs helps me tackle the thorns. The wonderful Laura Westcott founded Music for Mental Wealth, which is an amazing campaign in support of mental health awareness. Their gig series Music with Meaning, where artists share their meaning behind the songs has now been moved online! Check out some amazing new and established artists on their page; especially this week, as it is Mental Health Awareness Week. Stay safe and mentally mindful and resilient and don’t be afraid to ask for health; it’s ok not to feel ok!

I nominate Erika and SK Shlomo to share a song and it’s meaning too 😊
